iWay de recorrido Super Comfort circular

LED direct light outdoor lighting fixture, ground and floor installation, with 180° asymmetric and 360°optics.
The complete product consists of the optical assembly and pole to be ordered separately.
The optical compartment is composed of various elements: upper cover in painted aluminum; flow recuperator in PMMA; lens in transparent polycarbonate, extruded internal support with radially fixed LED circuit; cone in black painted die-cast aluminum; lower box for housing the die-cast aluminum power supply; water-tight silicone gaskets between the top cover, lens and cone.
The optical assembly is installed on the lower post by means of a bayonet fitting and fixed with two special torx screws.
The post, available with a circular or square section, is made of extruded aluminum. Three stainless steel rods fixed to the base, give the product a high impact resistance.
The post is anchored to the ground by means of the fixing base made of die-cast aluminum alloy with low copper content, resistant to corrosion.
The external aluminum parts undergo a multi-step pre-treatment, in which the main phases are degreasing, fluorozirconate passivation (protective surface layer) and sealing (nano-structured silane layer). The next stage of painting is with primer and liquid acrylic paint, baked at 150° C, which provides high resistance to atmospheric agents and UV rays.
The lower part of the optical compartment has a nickel-plated brass cable clamp and outgoing rubber cable H07RN-F 4x1mm L = 1700mm.
220 ÷ 240, 50 / 60Hz DALI electronic control gear. To adjust the luminous flux, the power supply can be programmed via a dedicated programming interface or using the cable exiting the optical assembly. The power supply is supplied in On-Off mode and can be transformed into Midnight mode via the same interface. The DALI power supply is compatible with Telemanagement systems. An active control system modifies the intensity of the current so as to maintain the life of the LED unchanged in external environmental thermal conditions.
The electrical connection requires IP connectors to be ordered separately.
All external screws used are in stainless steel.
Dark Sky Approved: el programa de Sello de aprobación de accesorios de IDA, certifica que los accesrios de iluminación para exteriores son compatibles con Dark Sky, por lo que cumplen con lo siguiente:
- Temperatura de color máxima correlacionada de 3000K.
- La asignación de iluminación superior está limitada al 0,5% de la producción total, o 50 lúmenes con no más de 10 lúmenes en la zona UL de 90 a 100 grados.
- Se requiere que las luminarias tengan un montaje fijo para garantizar que se inatlen segun las pruebas; puede haber hasta, más o menos, -10º de ajuste para nivelación si es necesario.
- Las luminarias deben tener capacidad de atenuación hasta un 10% de su potencia máxima.
